God Has Spoken
When you’re going through a tough time, and feel like giving up, the world helpfully tries to throw motivational quotes at you: “Trust the process!” “Just believe!” Sure great, but what process? And just believe in what? The Letter to the Hebrews was written to a group of Christians on the edge of giving up. And the writer doesn’t tell them to trust the process or just believe. What will keep them going is the solid foundation of God speaking to them. And knowing how God has spoken!
This Sunday, we start our journey through this letter, and whatever our circumstances, we need our eyes pointed in the same direction, towards what will hold us firm to the end!
