This Sunday, along with many millions of Christians, we remember and celebrate Pentecost Sunday. This is the day that Jesus kept his promise to not leave his disciples as orphans, but he came to them, through his personal presence, the Holy Spirit.
The church of Jesus was born, the mission began, and the flame of the good news of Jesus began to spread under the direction and power of the Holy Spirit 
And that good news is still spreading!
