Giving
You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” – 2 Corinthians 9:7
At Hope we do not take up an offering during the meeting. If you are a visitor we really want you to be blessed by your time at Hope and enjoy your time with us without feeling any obligation to give.
If you have been coming for some time or consider yourself part of our church family, it would be great if you could participate in church life by giving. We would ask you to prayerfully consider how much you can give and how frequently. You can see how to give below and don’t forget if you are a tax payer we can receive a 25% top up on everything you give by filling in a gift aid form.
Ways to Give
If you feel led to give towards what God is doing in and through Hope Church Merthyr, there are a couple ways to give. If you would like to give regularly in cash, you’ll find this red mailbox at the back of the main hall. If you would prefer to do bank transfers or a standing order, our banking info is as follows.

Whether you give in cash or by bank transfer, if you are a UK tax payer and would be willing to fill in a Gift Aid form, your donation will be given an additional 25% on top of what you give. The forms can be found at the back of the main hall by the red box or by following the link below.
